• 01/10/2026, Saturday, Club Annual Banquet, Noon for Social Hour and meal served at 1:00 PM,

  • Prairie Meadows, 1 Prairie Meadows Drive, Altoona, IA.

  • Beverages included with your meal and available at noon include coffee and tea. If you want a soft drink or alcoholic drink they can be purchased in the hotel or casino areas.

  • Members cost $25.00 each and non-members cost $50.00 - $60.00 (exact amount to be determined by mid-November) Members as you can see, are getting their meal subsidized by the club.

    • Note: Nonmembers interested in attending may want to consider joining our club for $25 which means the banquet price would then be $25/per person.

  • Deadline: If you plan to attend, send your check to Beth Graber no later than December 15th. Her address can be found on the club directory. You can also bring cash or check to either our November 9th or December 14th club meetings.

  • After the meal there will be awards including Darr and FORD, short business meeting and entertainment by a duo from “Vintage Cafe.”

  • Spend Friday night at Prairie Meadow’s Hotel: If you are interested in spending Friday night, January 9th, at the Prairie Meadow’s hotel, they are offering a special rate of $199 plus tax to those attending the banquet. Call the Hotel at 515-957-3000 to make your reservation. The Group Block Code is CIMAC0126. The deadline to make your reservation for the $199 rate is December 9th.
